Stage 01 — Material

Iroc Éco

« Glass buried yesterday, durable concrete today. »

Every year, tonnes of glass end up in landfill. We put it into our products instead. Recycled glass dust enters our mixes as a recognized cementitious addition: less cement in the recipe, fewer GHGs per tonne, and waste turned into raw material.

This isn't a green line in a brochure — the ecology is in the product itself. And it is local: every one of our suppliers sits within a 50 km radius, cutting the transport footprint to its simplest expression.

For a public or private buyer who has to deliver on environmental targets, Iroc Éco turns a concrete purchase into a measurable act: circular economy, short supply chain, reduced cement. Three boxes, ticked by the same product.

And when a project's environmental requirement goes beyond what a standard mix can offer — a precise substitution rate, a specific certification, an unprecedented performance constraint — Iroc Éco develops the solution that meets it, rather than proposing the closest compromise in the catalogue.

What we do

  • Recovery of recycled glass dust as a production input
  • Local sourcing — suppliers within a 50 km radius
  • Development of the group’s circular economy stream, with Iroc Lab
  • Recovery solution development: every new residual material stream or environmental target becomes a mix to design, not a spec sheet to apply

What sets us apart

  • Glass diverted from landfill ends up in a finished product, not in a slogan.
  • Glass powder replaces part of the cement — a GHG reduction you can actually document.
  • A genuine 50 km short supply chain — rare in the concrete industry.
  • An environmental constraint is a problem to solve, never an obstacle to route around.

Our place in the Iroc chain

Iroc Éco is stage 01 — Material, alongside Iroc Lab: the division supplies the recycled input that the Lab formulates and that Iroc Prod turns into products.
